So just to keep everyone updated on whats happened:
- Yesterday the team met and had a strategy meeting to discuss: how our product launches went, our marketing and team efforts good/bad/ugly, our product, etc.
- We discussed how our token launch and NFT launch didn't go to plan, and bounced around ideas for what went wrong, our choices, etc.
- What we can do for the community moving forward and key changes that will be made to the App to improve key aspects including: Features, User Intuitiveness, Sustainability, etc.
- Revenue channels moving forward
- Focus for 2023
- Utility for PUMLx and WearX holders.
This meeting put a lot of things into perspective and is launching some key steps that we are already starting to take. For example:
- Product improvements being prioritised.
- Increased communication with community, ensuring you all know what's going on, what we are working on, and potentially even being a part of the decision making process.
- Onboarding of additional marketing & sales staff
- Rebranding of PUML on all social media channels.
We will be building in 2023 and we have the resources to improve things through the bear market, with hopefully a strong bull market to celebrate later on. :)
