Hey Atreen! I outlined a number of strategies we are going to be implementing in the next quarter to increase Pumlx buyers. We do not have enough utility for PUMLx holders at the moment which has been a huge pitfall for us and something we should have focused on developing more. But anyways, the past we cannot change. We are working very hard and have had many meetings within PUML staff to implement: 1. New branding & social media strategy 2. Development of new utility for PUMLx and WearX holders (more info soon) 3. New listings (including developing our relationship with Binance) 4. Focus on improving PUML app (which should also increase PUMLx sales raising the price). I will keep you all updated, that's one of our goals for 2023. More communication. More transparency. Making major improvements and pivoting our strategy has been the key focus for our team over the last few weeks after a very challenging entry to the "web3 world". A quick update on WearX integration with the app Dear Puml squad Jan/Feb will be our main development period to integrate WearX into the App. We have secured assistance from the Queensland Government to prioritise this build. So it should be developed fairly quickly. The exact date will be announced officially. Also we are working on new features to add into the app. We will hold a poll about some of the new features. How to reveal your WearX NFT from Crypto.com Hey #PUMLSquad, As per our recent community announcements, we are aware of and working with the Crypto.com (CDC) NFT team to resolve the art reveal delay for our recent WearX drop. The solution for this requires a platform-wide, feature update for CDC NFT. This is an impactful update and as such may take a little time for the CDC team to build, test and implement. Although this requires some patience from our community, this means the CDC platform is getting a pretty awesome update. 🙂 In the meantime, we’ve tested a withdrawal/deposit process that will allow you to “manually” refresh the metadata and optionally re-deposit to see your revealed WearX NFT within your Crypto.com NFT Wallet. Please note: This does require transaction fees/gas, so you must have some Ethereum (ETH) available in both wallets. The team at PUML Better Health are happy to offer a $25USD PUMLx refund payment (max one per person) to cover transaction fees. In order to claim, you must fill out THIS FORM, including your WearX token number and withdrawal transaction IDs. All submissions will be reviewed by our team prior to payment. We’ll continue to keep you updated on the progression of the in-app reveal on the CDC NFT platform, as well as WearX’s implementation into the PUML mobile app. Our team is here to build for the long-term, and we look forward to working with our community to create a next-level experience while you improve your health and wellbeing.

So just to keep everyone updated on whats happened: - Yesterday the team met and had a strategy meeting to discuss: how our product launches went, our marketing and team efforts good/bad/ugly, our product, etc. - We discussed how our token launch and NFT launch didn't go to plan, and bounced around ideas for what went wrong, our choices, etc. - What we can do for the community moving forward and key changes that will be made to the App to improve key aspects including: Features, User Intuitiveness, Sustainability, etc. - Revenue channels moving forward - Focus for 2023 - Utility for PUMLx and WearX holders. This meeting put a lot of things into perspective and is launching some key steps that we are already starting to take. For example: - Product improvements being prioritised. - Increased communication with community, ensuring you all know what's going on, what we are working on, and potentially even being a part of the decision making process. - Onboarding of additional marketing & sales staff - Rebranding of PUML on all social media channels. We will be building in 2023 and we have the resources to improve things through the bear market, with hopefully a strong bull market to celebrate later on. :)

Just to update everyone on community outstanding issues. 1.> Reveal on Crypto.com - They are estimating another 2-4weeks. If you withdraw from crypto.com to Meta Mask you will be able to reveal by going to OpenSea->Profile->Choose your WearX-> Tapp "..." -> Refresh MetaData We will be looking at providing gas rebate for crypto.com users in the form of PUMLx. More details to come.

We appreciate our PUML squad very much, and understand it's been a little hard lately. The team of 10+ people has been working super hard on each of our rollouts. We secured partnerships (i.e cryptodotcom is huge), we did AMAs, social media campaigns, etc. We really did it all to try and get an amazing result. Sometimes things don't go the way we expect.
